Dan took care of the BJJ program at Tito Ortiz’s Punishment Training Center for 2 weeks while Ricardo “Demente” Abreu had a MMA fight in Brazil. Special thanks to Demente, Tito, Rob Emerson and the whole Punishment crew.
This weekend Alex fought and won his MMA fight by submission in the 3rd round. He faced off against a very tough undefeated collegiate wrestler who put him on his back and allowed him to showcase his jiu-jitsu abilities. Alex is looking forward to fighting again soon and is eager to get back in the gym.
