Michelle earned two pieces of hardware by taking 2nd in her weight and open weight divisions at the biggest tournament in BJJ!

Congratulations to Nolan on his silver medal in the adult brown belt middle heavy division!

We will be closed for all PM classes Thursday-Saturday for IBJJF worlds. Come out and support your teammates at the Long Beach Pyramid!

Adults will have an open mat during regularly scheduled class times.

We will be OPEN for all classes for the holiday on 5/29.

Our regularly scheduled juniors class on May 11th will be canceled and a makeup will take place Friday, May 12th at 4:00PM.

Fresh of his double gold performances at IBJJF Nashville Open and IBJJF Los Angeles Open, Nolan and Coach Dan traveled to Florida and claimed the adult middle heavy brown belt Pans title! This tournament is second in prestige only to World Championships and has all the same elite competitors from all over the world. Congrats Nolan!

There will be no classes on Thursday 3/23 due to the Pan Championships in Florida.

Due to Coach Dan needing to provide support for our athletes at 2 different tournaments, there will be no kids class this Saturday, Dec 3. Adults class will be open mat.

Nolan wins the open weight adult brown belt division at the IBJJF Nashville Open!

This is his first tournament at brown belt and his first ever entry in the open weight category. He defeated the heavyweight silver medalist, the heavyweight gold medalist and the ultraheavy gold medalist.

Nice job!

There will only be one 10AM adults class on Halloween. All other classes are canceled.

For the holiday Monday, there will only be a special 10am adult class. All other classes are canceled.
